Brazil Pirapitinga

Bob O Link coffees come from neighborhoods of family farms in the network of our partner FAF coffees working together and sharing the same values of Total Quality.

The Pirapitinga valley is located in the Mogiana region close to the city of São Paulo, one of the highest valleys in the area. Its altitude reaches between 1100 and 1350 masl. Pirapitinga is named after the river of the basin that crosses the valley The families that settled in Pirapitinga are mostly Italian descendants and are producing coffee or four generations The volcanic soils contribute to fertile farmlands and increase the complexity of the coffee grown in this area.

Today, after many years as partners in FAF Coffees Total Quality projects, they not only produce one of our best selling products, Bobolink coffee, but together have introduced post-harvest best practices tied in with care for the environment. United in their passion of producing high quality coffee and their role as guardians of the terroir they have inherited, the Pirapitinga Community is now on a 100 year plan to bring back the abundance of clean water and biodiversity for the generations of today and tomorrow through regenerative farming.

This Bobolink is a beautifully buttery coffee, with rich lingering flavours of chocolate, almond and nougat.
