This is one of the unique profiles from our partners Cofinet from their farm and processing center in La Pradera in Armenia, Quindio. One of our favorites from the seasons a fruity, juicy and complex coffees that gives a taste of what processing methods can bring to depth of Colombian taste profiles.
This natural process of Caturra varietal from Brazil is a unique experience as this
coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to use only the ripest cherries, later hand sorted to remove any defects. These naturals are then sundried on raised beds under temperature-controlled conditions until the ideal moisture content is achieved.
This microlot is 100% Caturra. This variety originated in Minas Gerais, Brazil. It is a natural mutation of Red Bourbon.
