Grind the coffee coarsely to a sand-like consistency. Pour water into the kettle and set it to boil. Instructions Insert filter inside the Clever Coffee Dripper.Fold the edges of the filter so that it fits snugly inside the Clever Coffee Dripper. Rinse the filter by pouring boiling water.To remove the taste of paper from the filter, as well as to heat up the utensils. Drain the water by placing the Clever Coffee Dripper onto a glass server.Placing the Clever Coffee Dripper on a server will release the value, letting the water flow. Put 40gm ground coffee inside the filter.Give the coffee a shake or two so that it is evenly laid out inside the filter. Pour the water directly over the coffee grounds.Stir three times to saturate all the grounds.Avoid pouring water on the filter paper. Cover the lid and let it steep for 2min.At about half way mark of steeping, open the lid and lightly stir the crust formed on top. Release the valve by placing the Clever Coffee Dripper onto the glass server.Placing the Clever Coffee Dripper on the server will release the valve, letting the coffee flow. That’s it!
