The Cafe Kettle was made for brewing on the Flair Espresso line of espresso makers, but is also perfect for any other brewing method, from pour-over to V60 to French Press. It's also great for brewing and steeping tea.

Flair Cafe Kettle Modes

Quick Boil – The Quick Boil function allows for heating your brew water to the boil with a single tap. Or, select a specific brew temperature with the easy-to-use knob that surrounds the digital screen. The selected temperature will be stored in the kettle's memory until the kettle is unplugged.

WARM – The WARM function allows any brewer to heat their water to a specific temperature where the kettle will keep it insulated for 30 minutes. This is perfect for anyone brewing multiple shots.

Quick Boil & WARM Combo – The Quick Boil & WARM Combo is perfect for anyone that wants to ensure their water is purified before selecting a brew temp. The kettle will automatically heat brew water to the boil, and then return it to a pre-selected brew temperature for 30 minutes.
