Shipping & Exchange Policy

Exchange or refund is applicable on products with only manufacturing defects. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Product must be inspected by customer at the time of delivery for any damages or defects and must be communicated to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

Warranty of equipment will become null & void in case of following conditions.

  • If the equipment is broken by the customer during usage.
  • If the equipment is damaged due to high voltage power supply.
  • If the equipment is misused by customer due to not following the instruction mentioned in the operational manual.
  • If the equipment gets repaired by an unauthorized technician other than the company

In case you have received damaged article upon delivery, you have to inform us about it instantly within same day, to claim for an exchange item for your purchased product, and the same article will be delivered to you at no additional cost to the same location.

Damaged article received should be supported with the proof picture and video to confirm if it is not damaged after the usage.

Our policy for exchange or refund lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, or exchange offered.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product may take up to three weeks.

The coffee beans order quantity of 5kg or above will be considered as a trade supply and will be forwarded to B2B sales department. B2B sales person will get in touch with the customer to explore the purpose of bulk order if it is required for a café or a store etc.
