Brazil Serra Do Caracol Natural
Caramel, Red Apple, Hazeulnut
From the gentle, rolling hills of Sul de Minas comes this beautiful expression of Brazilian coffee — Bob-o-Link Serra do Caracol. Grown by dedicated smallholder farmers at elevations around 1,100 meters, this 100% Catuai lot is naturally processed and carefully sorted to 14+ screen size, ensuring consistency and clarity in the cup.
This coffee offers a smooth, balanced profile with inviting notes of caramel, red apple, and hazelnut, making it an excellent choice for both espresso and filter applications. The natural process enhances sweetness while preserving the clean, structured body typical of the region.
As part of FAF Coffees’ visionary Bob-o-Link project, this coffee reflects a deeper commitment — one rooted in regenerative agriculture, biodiversity, and farmer empowerment. The name “Bob-o-Link” pays tribute to the migratory bird that symbolizes connection across borders, echoing the values of collaboration, transparency, and shared progress that this network of farmers embodies.
