Highlight or Feature

Ayako Matcha is a premium, single-estate Japanese matcha crafted from first-harvest leaves grown in the shaded hills of Shizuoka, Japan. Cultivated from a meticulous blend of Sayama Kaori and Yabukita cultivars, this early-season tea retains the brilliant, vibrant green hue prized in high-grade matcha.

To balance its delicate character with a bolder, more rounded depth, the leaves are lightly roasted before being traditionally stone-milled into an ultra-fine powder. The result is a smooth, velvety texture that opens with vibrant grassy notes upfront, followed by a rich, lingering umami.

Ayako is stone-milled to achieve a fine texture and is versatile enough for both barista and culinary applications, including lattes, ice cream, cheesecakes, creams and pastries.

Perfect for your morning latte or your next baking masterpiece.
