Brazil Vanessa Moreno
Milk Chocolate, Fig, Brown Sugar
Sourced from the renowned Alta Mogiana region of São Paulo, the Vanessa Moreno Alta Reserve is a classic expression of Brazil’s finest natural coffees. Grown at moderate elevations under consistent climatic conditions, this coffee reflects the region’s signature profile—rich, sweet, and deeply comforting.
Produced using the natural process, the coffee cherries are dried with the fruit intact, allowing sugars to fully infuse into the bean. This results in a cup that emphasizes body and sweetness, with a smooth, rounded structure and low acidity.
In the cup, expect a foundation of milk chocolate and cocoa, layered with notes of brown sugar and toasted nuts. As it opens, subtle dried fruit characteristics—reminiscent of raisin and fig—add depth and complexity. The body is creamy and full, leading into a long, mellow finish with lingering chocolate sweetness.
This is a versatile and approachable coffee, ideal for espresso where it delivers balance and richness, while also performing beautifully as a full-bodied filter. A true representation of Brazil’s Alta Mogiana terroir—consistent, comforting, and refined.
