Shipping & Returns

Exchange or refund is applicable on products with only manufacturing defects. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Product must be inspected by customer at the time of delivery for any damages or defects and must be communicated to our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Please allow 7 to 10 days lead time for delivery of products.

Our policy for exchange or refund lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed or exchange offered.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email your concern to: info@nomadcoffeestudio.com for further details once you would like to place a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to may take up three weeks.
