This coffee was grown by Luis Anibal Calderon at the farm Villa Betulia. The Yellow Pacamara is a natural mutation of the Red Pacamara. It was discovered by the Mierch Family in Nicaragua. Yellow Pacamara cherries are similar to the common Pacamara variety.

Yellow Pacamara Coffee is grown by Luis Anibal Calderon in the high-altitude region of Huila, Colombia, at 5,740-6,000 feet above sea level. This exceptional coffee undergoes a natural fermentation process, resulting in a vibrant, fruit-forward profile with a smooth, sweet finish.

With tasting notes of tangerine, ripe berries, vanilla, and brown sugar, this coffee offers a clean, low-acidity cup that delights the palate.
