Bob-o-Link is a transcontinental migratory bird. We chose this bird as a symbol to bring all those in the supply chain closer together without border. Bob O Link coffees come from neighborhoods of family farms working together and sharing the same values of Total Quality.
Boa Vista Valley occupies a deep cleft in the mountains bordering the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais. Located in the municipality of Caconde it is an important watershed contributing to the Rio Pardo river from the natural springs that rise on the Bobolink farms of Boa Vista Farms in this regions originally belonged to one family and plots have been subsequently divided through the new generations In Boa Vista we have the Jacon Zani, Dos Santos, Ferreira families, who have been living and farming in the area for four generations.
Today, after many years as partners in FAF Coffees Total Quality projects, they not only produce one of our best selling products, Bobolink coffee, but together have introduced post-harvest best practices tied in with care for the environment. United in their passion of producing high quality coffee and their role as guardians of the terroir they have inherited, the Boa Vista Community is now on a 100 year plan to bring back the abundance of clean water and biodiversity for the generations of today and tomorrow.
